Installing Apps

Apps are for Midas employees only, so they aren't in the App Store or Google Play. You install them from this site instead. If you get stuck, call Computer Support at Extension 7000.

iPhone and iPad Devices

  1. Open midas.cc in Safari (not Chrome) and sign in.
  2. Tap iPhone / iPad next to the app, then Install. The icon appears on your home screen.
  3. The first time, the app won't open yet. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the company developer name, then Trust.
  4. Open the app. You only need to perform this trust once; updates will install over the top.

If the install button does nothing, the link may have expired. Refresh the page and try again.

Android Phones and Tablet Devices

  1. Open midas.cc in Chrome and sign in.
  2. Tap Android next to the app. Chrome downloads the file.
  3. Tap the download to open it. If Android says it can't install apps from this source, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
  4. Tap Install. If Play Protect warns you, choose Install anyway.

Windows Devices

  1. Click Windows next to the app and run the downloaded file.
  2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.

MacOS Devices

  1. Click macOS next to the app.
  2. If macOS says the app can't be opened, right-click it, choose Open, then Open again.
